Refund policy
In the very unlikely situation of you not being satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. For refund and exchange requests, simply email us at info@tiffanyandfred.com and we’ll assist you with your exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may either ship send the handbag back to us yourself or request a subsidies return shipping label and we’ll send you a label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For returns via a return label, an $15.00 subsides fee will be deducted from your purchase amount to cover the cost of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the new product back to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of the purchase date. After this 30-day period, no claims will be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
