  • Shipping & Returns

Sign up to our mailing list in the footer of our website and receive free standard shipping on all orders! 

In the very unlikely situation of you not being satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. For refund and exchange requests, simply email us at info@tiffanyandfred.com and we’ll assist you with your exchange or return.

All handbags must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with original tags and labels attached. Shipping Fees are non refundable. Refunds can be made in the form of original payment or in Tiffany & Fred credit. 

We will not process returns or exchanges without prior authorization from our Customer Service department.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the new product back to you.


  • Processing Time


Depending on inventory; however, orders placed before noon on weekdays, for items that are in stock at our fulfillment centers, are normally processed and shipped either the same or next business day.


  • Shipping Origin

Most of our orders are fulfilled by our Miami Warehouse.
